This technique from the “Image Quality Professor” at Phase One describes a method for using Capture One’s lens tool to balance illumination and color variations when photographing flat art. It assumes that you start with a reasonably balanced coverage to begin with. Of course, in my day we did it the old fashon way: “We earned it!” (i.e. got the light right in the first place).
